Changes to User Agreement section 3.1 Bidding & Winning

There has been a change to the User Agreement section 3.1 Bidding and Winning.
Selling second hand equipment carries the risk of spreading infections and disease!
Please ensure you properly disinfect and/or fumigate all used equipment before dispatchment.
The banning of second hand bee equipment sales via our site will never eradicate the problem of spreading disease and infection all together. People will simply conduct these transactions outside of our site if they wish to do so. We therefor consider it much more useful to allow these sales, so we can actually monitor and keep and eye on these practices, take action in case of alleged disease spreading, and report these issues to the relevant authorities to be investigated properly.
The following notice has been added to the user agreement section 3.1 Bidding and Winning:
Members selling second hand equipment agree to:
* Disinfect and/or fumigate all second hand equipment to stop the spread of disease and infection.
All sales of second hand equipment conducted via bid4bees shall be monitored, and reported to the relevant authorities at our sole discretion
